Our Lassoing Team Energy workshop uses the power of working with horses to illustrate the powerful but often undetectable team dynamics that hinder the teams ability to function and accomplish goals. Working with our horse team, you will observe team dynamics as they happen, and learn about the common dysfunctions of teams and how to overcome them.

Our professional staff and horse partners lead you through focused activities and discussions designed to heighten your awareness, develop new skills, and increase your ability to be a more effective team.

NO horse experience is needed. This is not a riding course; no riding is involved and all activities are done on the ground.
