We realize that one size does NOT fit all. For this reason, we tailor our open enrollment workshop to your needs or create a customized workshop specifically for your group.Your group can come to our farm or we can come to a location near you.

We take time to understand your group's needs. We gather data from the participants through online surveys, individual interviews,group meetings or disucssions with program organizers. From this data, we develop a customized workshop to achieve your desired results.

L-E-A-D provides valuable learning experiences for 2 to 50 participants. We consider your goals to determine the maximum group size and appropriate activities to achieve your desired results.

All activities are designed to tap into the participants' creative juices and simulate real work scenarios. The lessons transfer easily to your environment,workplace, and the participants home life to promote positive behavior change.

The basic workshop includes:

Professional facilitation team with Organizational Development and Human Dynamics professional and Equine Specialist
Experiential activities with our herd
Reflective Time & Journal
Continental breakfast and lunch
Snacks and beverages for the day
Follow-up coaching phone call for each participant to integrate their experience
